Why one room
Nobody else
on the island
We built a single room so the island would belong to whoever is staying. There is no lobby, no other table at breakfast and no queue for the boat.
Turn around anywhere on the island and you see water, sky and palms. That full circle is where the name 360° comes from. Kochi's old town, cafes and galleries are close enough for an afternoon, and you come back to quiet.
One room.
The island is yours.
The room
Built for two,
open to the water
The bed faces the lake, the doors fold back onto a private deck, and the shower is open to the sky. The rest of the island is your garden.
- King bed facing the water
- Private deck and sun loungers
- Open-air rain shower
- Boat on call to the mainland
Wake up with water
on every side.

Cooked for you,

With one room there is no restaurant and no fixed menu. Your host cooks Kerala food for the two of you and sets the table wherever you like.
On the deck
Breakfast with the lake right below you.
At the jetty
Fish grilled in banana leaf at the end of the jetty, at sunset.
On the water
Dinner on a lantern-lit boat moored off the island.
Around Kochi
Quiet island,
busy port next door
Kochi has been a spice port for centuries, and you can see it in the streets. When you want company, it is close. When you have had enough, the boat brings you back.
